تطبيق فرسان التميز

1. المقدمة

تلتزم جمعية التنمية الأهلية بالروضة، الجهة المالكة والمشغلة لتطبيق «فرسان التميز»، بحماية خصوصية مستخدمي التطبيق وبياناتهم الشخصية وفقًا للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، بما فيها نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولائحته التنفيذية.

توضح هذه السياسة كيفية جمع البيانات الشخصية واستخدامها وحفظها ومشاركتها، والحقوق المتاحة للمستخدمين وأولياء أمورهم.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها

يجمع التطبيق البيانات اللازمة لتقديم خدماته، وتشمل:

أ. بيانات الحساب والتسجيل

الاسم.
البريد الإلكتروني.
بيانات الحساب وصلاحيات المستخدم.
معرّفات الحساب المرتبطة بتسجيل الدخول بواسطة Google أو Apple، عند استخدامها.

ب. بيانات البرامج والأنشطة

الحضور والغياب.
المهام والإنجازات.
النقاط والمكافآت.
المشاركات في المسابقات والدوريات.
التقييمات والملاحظات والإنذارات الإدارية.

ج. الملفات والمحتوى المرفوع

يتيح التطبيق للمستخدمين رفع الصور والمستندات والملفات المرتبطة بالمهام والإنجازات. وتُعالج هذه الملفات لغرض متابعة الأنشطة وتقييمها.

د. البيانات التقنية

قد يجمع التطبيق بيانات تقنية لازمة للتشغيل والأمان وإرسال الإشعارات، مثل نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل ومعرّفات الإشعارات وسجلات الأخطاء، بحسب الخدمات المستخدمة فعليًا.

3. تسجيل الدخول بواسطة Google وApple

يوفر التطبيق إمكانية تسجيل الدخول باستخدام حساب Google أو Apple.

عند استخدام إحدى هاتين الخدمتين، قد يستقبل التطبيق الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ومعرّف الحساب، بحسب الأذونات والبيانات التي توفرها خدمة تسجيل الدخول.

لا يحصل التطبيق على كلمة مرور حساب Google أو Apple الخاصة بالمستخدم من خلال عملية تسجيل الدخول.

4. أغراض معالجة البيانات

تُستخدم البيانات الشخصية للأغراض التالية:

إنشاء الحسابات وإدارتها والتحقق من هوية المستخدمين.
متابعة مشاركة الطلاب في البرامج والأنشطة.
تسجيل الحضور والغياب.
استقبال المهام والإنجازات وتقييمها.
إدارة النقاط والمكافآت والمسابقات.
إرسال الإشعارات والتنبيهات.
تمكين المشرفين والإدارة من متابعة المشاركين.
تحسين أداء التطبيق وحماية أمنه.
الوفاء بالالتزامات النظامية.

تستند معالجة البيانات إلى الأساس النظامي المناسب لكل غرض، بما في ذلك الموافقة عند اشتراطها نظامًا.

5. حماية بيانات الأطفال والقُصّر

نظرًا إلى أن التطبيق مخصص لبرامج تربوية وتعليمية قد يشارك فيها قُصّر، تلتزم الجمعية باتخاذ التدابير المناسبة لحماية بياناتهم.

وتشمل هذه التدابير الحصول على موافقة الولي الشرعي متى كانت مطلوبة نظامًا، وتقييد الوصول إلى بيانات الطلاب، وعدم استخدام بياناتهم لأغراض إعلانية تجارية غير مصرح بها.

6. تخزين البيانات والاستضافة

يعتمد التطبيق حاليًا على خدمات الاستضافة والبنية التقنية المقدمة من Emergent لتشغيل التطبيق وتخزين البيانات المرتبطة به.

وقد تتم معالجة البيانات بواسطة مقدمي الخدمات التقنية الذين تعتمد عليهم البنية التشغيلية للتطبيق.

تلتزم الجمعية بمراعاة المتطلبات النظامية المتعلقة بحماية البيانات الشخصية ونقلها خارج المملكة العربية السعودية، متى انطبق ذلك.

7. مشاركة البيانات

لا تبيع الجمعية البيانات الشخصية للمستخدمين.

وقد تتم مشاركة البيانات بالقدر اللازم مع مقدمي خدمات الاستضافة والمصادقة والإشعارات والدعم الفني، أو مع الجهات المختصة عند وجود التزام نظامي.

وتقتصر مشاركة البيانات على الأغراض المشروعة المرتبطة بتشغيل التطبيق أو الوفاء بالالتزامات النظامية.

8. أمن المعلومات

تعمل الجمعية على تطبيق التدابير الأمنية المناسبة لحماية بيانات المستخدمين، بما يشمل إدارة صلاحيات الوصول والتحقق من هوية المستخدمين وتقييد الاطلاع على المعلومات بحسب الأدوار المعتمدة.

ولا يمكن ضمان الحماية المطلقة لأي نظام إلكتروني.

9. الإشعارات

يستخدم التطبيق الإشعارات لإبلاغ المستخدمين بالمستجدات المتعلقة بالمهام والإنجازات والبرامج والأنشطة والتنبيهات الإدارية.

يمكن للمستخدم التحكم في أذونات الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازه.

10. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

تُحتفظ البيانات الشخصية للمدة اللازمة لتحقيق الأغراض التي جُمعت من أجلها، أو للمدة التي تتطلبها الأنظمة المعمول بها.

وعند انتهاء الحاجة إلى البيانات، تُحذف أو تُتلف بطريقة آمنة، ما لم يوجد مسوغ نظامي للاحتفاظ بها.

11. حذف الحساب والبيانات

يوفر تطبيق «فرسان التميز» خيار طلب حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق.

يمكن للمستخدم الوصول إلى خيار الحذف من إعدادات الحساب واتباع التعليمات الظاهرة.

تُعالج طلبات الحذف وفقًا للإجراءات المعتمدة والمتطلبات النظامية، مع مراعاة البيانات التي يلزم الاحتفاظ بها بموجب الأنظمة.

12. حقوق أصحاب البيانات الشخصية

يتمتع المستخدمون وأولياء أمورهم، بحسب الأحوال، بالحقوق المقررة بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي، وتشمل:

الحق في العلم بكيفية معالجة البيانات.
الحق في الوصول إلى البيانات الشخصية.
الحق في طلب الحصول على نسخة منها.
الحق في طلب تصحيح البيانات أو تحديثها.
الحق في طلب إتلاف البيانات عند توافر الشروط النظامية.
الحق في الرجوع عن الموافقة وفقًا للضوابط النظامية، عندما تكون الموافقة أساس المعالجة.

يمكن ممارسة هذه الحقوق من خلال التواصل مع الجمعية.

13. التعديلات على السياسة

يجوز للجمعية تحديث سياسة الخصوصية عند حدوث تغييرات في خدمات التطبيق أو طريقة معالجة البيانات أو المتطلبات النظامية.

سيُحدّث تاريخ السياسة عند إجراء التعديلات، وسيتم إشعار المستخدمين بالتغييرات الجوهرية متى كان ذلك مطلوبًا.

Privacy Policy

Forsaan Al Tamayuz App

1. Introduction

Al Rawdah Community Development Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association," "we," "us," or "our") is the owner and operator of the Forsaan Al Tamayuz application (hereinafter referred to as "the App").

We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our users in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its Implementing Regulations.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share personal data, as well as the rights available to users and their legal guardians.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information necessary to provide and maintain the App's services, including:

A. Account and Registration Information

Full name.
Email address.
Account information and user permissions.
Account identifiers associated with Google or Apple Sign-In, when used.

B. Program and Activity Information

Attendance and absence records.
Assignments and submitted achievements.
Points and rewards.
Participation in competitions and sports leagues.
Evaluations, feedback, and administrative warnings.

C. User-Uploaded Content

The App allows users to upload images, documents, and other files related to educational assignments, activities, and achievements.

Such content is processed for the purpose of monitoring participation, reviewing submissions, and evaluating achievements.

D. Technical Information

Depending on the services actually used, the App may process technical information necessary for its operation, security, and notifications, including:

Device type.
Operating system.
Push notification identifiers.
Application error logs.

3. Google and Apple Sign-In

The App supports authentication through Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple.

When users choose either authentication method, the App may receive their name, email address, and account identifier, depending on the information made available by the authentication provider.

The App does not receive or store users' Google or Apple account passwords through these authentication services.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We process personal information for the following purposes:

Creating, managing, and authenticating user accounts.
Managing student participation in educational and developmental programs.
Recording attendance and absences.
Receiving, reviewing, and evaluating assignments and achievements.
Managing points, rewards, and competitions.
Sending notifications and administrative announcements.
Enabling supervisors and administrators to monitor participants.
Improving application performance and maintaining security.
Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Personal data is processed on an appropriate lawful basis, including consent where legally required.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is designed to support educational and developmental programs that may include users under the age of 18.

We recognize the importance of protecting children's personal information and are committed to implementing appropriate safeguards.

These safeguards include:

Obtaining consent from a parent or legal guardian when required by applicable law.
Limiting the collection of personal information to what is necessary for the App's services.
Restricting access to student information based on authorized user roles.
Protecting children's information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Not selling children's personal information or using it for unauthorized commercial advertising.

6. Data Storage and Hosting

The App currently uses hosting and technical infrastructure services provided through Emergent to operate the application and store associated data.

Personal information may be processed by technical service providers supporting the App's infrastructure.

The Association is committed to complying with applicable legal requirements regarding personal data protection and international data transfers, where applicable.

7. Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell users' personal information.

We may share personal information only when necessary with:

Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers.
Authentication service providers.
Push notification service providers.
Technical support and maintenance providers.
Competent authorities when disclosure is required by applicable law.

Any sharing of personal information is limited to legitimate operational or legal purposes and is subject to applicable data protection requirements.

8. Data Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.

These measures include, where implemented:

User authentication.
Role-based access controls.
Restricted access to personal information.
Appropriate security management procedures.

However, no electronic system or method of data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Push Notifications

The App may send push notifications regarding:

Assignments and achievements.
Educational programs and activities.
Points and rewards.
Administrative announcements.
Important reminders and updates.

Users can manage notification permissions through their device settings.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws and regulations.

When personal information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or destroyed unless a valid legal basis requires continued retention.

11. Account and Data Deletion

The Forsaan Al Tamayuz App provides an in-app option for users to request account deletion.

Users can access the account deletion option through their account settings and follow the displayed instructions.

Deletion requests are processed in accordance with applicable procedures and legal requirements.

Certain information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable Saudi Arabian data protection laws, users and their legal guardians may have the following rights:

Right to Be Informed: To understand how and why personal information is processed.
Right of Access: To request access to personal information.
Right to Obtain a Copy: To request a copy of personal information.
Right to Correction: To request correction or updating of inaccurate information.
Right to Destruction: To request deletion of personal information where legally applicable.
Right to Withdraw Consent: To withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing, subject to applicable requirements.

Users may exercise these rights by contacting the Association.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App's features, data processing practices, or applicable legal requirements.

The "Last Updated" date will be revised whenever changes are made.

Users will be notified of material changes when required by applicable law.
